POUILLY-FUISSE
A noble wine. To the eye it
offers a brilliant clarity shot
through with reflections of
green and gold. To the nose,
it offers either fine floral aromas (violet,
hawthorn, acacia)
or fruit ( pine apple, grape fruit, passion fruit,
and apricot ).
It develops naturally
towards the aromas of dry fruit
( hazelnut, almond ) before finishing on
honey, vanilla, and
butter.

Domaine Jeandeau
Pouilly-Fuissé, "La Terre Jeanduc",
is coming from vines
with an average age of 50 years,
situated on the hills of the village " Fuissé".
The grapes are picked meticulously by hand
when they are at their ripest.
Then fermentation takes place naturally,
activated by the yeasts indigenous to our "terroir".
And, we practice the stirring of the lees,
of the average ageing in oak casks.
To preserve all the richness,,
this vintage is bottled without fining or filtration.
Possible deposit, once in a while,
is guarantee of authenticity
for a great wine of "terroir".
