Traditional methods to produce
the good wine of tomorrow.

Denis Jeandeau, young
wine-maker in Fuissé,
defends his ecological convictions. It's only natural therefore that he decided to transform his family property into "BIO". At 25 years of age, he isn't a novice in the field. Holder of a BTA and a BTS in viticulture gained at the viticulture college in Davayé, France, he as also worked in vineyards in Chili , Portugal , and Switzerland to gain experience... He is also passionate about biodynamics. This science, follows the cycle of the moon, which determins when the soil should be worked upon. A system that presents far more problems far the wine-maker than classic methods. Courageously, Denis has decided to work the soil using horses. A technique worthy of our grand-parents , which respects the land. |
